Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This service includes:

• Full tracking

• SMS or email delivery updates

• Aimed delivery within 2–3 working days

(Delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays.)

Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged at 

• Up to 2kg £5.00
• Up to 10kg £8.60

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Although all parcels are securely packaged:

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

• If your parcel is delayed or lost by Royal Mail, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
